Custom Precast Concrete

Bridge beams

Plant “Oberbeton” produces bridge beams for bridges and overpasses:

Мостовые балки

-pre-stressed concrete beams length to 33 meters precast monolithic span structures of highway bridges;

Мостовые балки

– reinforced concrete beams for pedestrian overpasses.

Pre-stressed concrete beams length to 33 m precast monolithic span structures of bridges and overpasses production “Oberbeton” designed for temporary loading gauge class 15, SC-100 and meet the requirements of DBN B.1.2-15: 2009, DBN .2.3-22:2009, DBN B.2.3-14: 2006 and certified by UkrSEPRO system (certificate of conformity UA1.003.0051780-12). Beams are designed for use in precast monolithic span buildings with monolithic slab of the carriageway.

The main design features of these beams:

– A small section height;
– Ease and speed of installation in the design position;
– The use of pre-stressed reinforcement in the production of beams;
– The weight of pre-stressed concrete beams in precast monolithic spans of bridges and overpasses varies from 17.75 m to 33.2 m, for example, at a length of 21 m weight of the beam will be 17.75 m, at length of 24 m weight of the beam is 20,2 tons, at a length of 33 m beam weight is 33.2 tons.

Beams of pedestrian overpasses

Plant “Oberbeton” produces reinforced concrete beams with conventional reinforcement for construction of pedestrian overpasses.

Beam length – up to 23 m.

Weight of the beam length of 16 m is 16.2 tons.
Weight of the beam length of 18 m is 18.2 m.
Reinforced concrete beams with conventional reinforcement for pedestrian overpasses production “Oberbeton” designed for temporary load of pedestrians according DBN B.2.3-14:2006, DBN B.1.2-15:2009, DBN B.2.3-22:2009.
